Terms and Conditions – Roots

1.Reservations and Confirmations:

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Roots before the reservation is considered valid. Confirmation of the reservation will be sent via email or any other agreed-upon means of communication with the client.

2. Payment Methods:

Roots accepts payments only in cash in United States dollars (USD) or Argentine pesos (ARS). Additionally, transfers in Argentine pesos (ARS) are accepted. Payments via credit card, debit card, or other electronic payment methods are not accepted.

3. Advance Payment:

All services offered by Roots require advance payment. Full payment must be made prior to the start date of the booked activity or service. No services will be provided until payment has been received in full.

4. Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations by the client must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a partial refund of the payment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are subject to a cancellation fee and any non-refundable expenses incurred by Roots. In exceptional cases, such as illness or emergency, Roots may consider partial refunds, at its discretion and subject to adequate documentation.

5. Weather Contingencies and External Factors:

In the event of adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other external factors that jeopardize the safety of participants or significantly affect the completion of the planned activity, Roots reserves the right to reschedule the activity, change the destination, or cancel it. In such cases, all reasonable efforts will be made to find a suitable alternative solution. However, no full refunds will be issued. The client will have the option to reschedule the activity for another date or switch to an alternative activity, subject to availability and mutual agreement.

6. Changes by Roots:

Roots reserves the right to make changes to activities, itineraries, or contracted services due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of significant changes that substantially affect the client’s experience, the client will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative options will be offered.

7. Client Responsibility:

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including contact details and any special requirements. Any changes to the provided information must be communicated to Roots as soon as possible.

8. Travel Insurance:

It is highly recommended that clients purchase adequate travel insurance covering cancellations, accidents, illnesses, and other unforeseen circumstances during their stay in Mendoza.

By contracting Roots’ services, the client fully accepts these terms and conditions. Roots reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to periodically review this section for any changes or updates.
